摘要
随着我国社会进入高质量发展的新阶段,高职教育课堂教学弊端逐渐显现,学生在校期间所学内容滞后于产业发展速度,知识技能上的脱节造成了高职人才培养与市场需求的结构性矛盾。为此,国家实施职业教育提质培优行动计划。高职院校可以通过“思想革命”“方法革命”“质量革命”“技术革命”等路径来推动课堂革命,从而促进新时代高职院校人才培养质量不断提升。
As China's economy and society enter a new stage of high-quality development,the disadvantages of higher vocational education classroom teaching have gradually emerged.The content learned by students during school lags behind the speed of industrial development,and the disconnection in knowledge and skills has caused a structural contradiction between the cultivation of higher vocational talents and market demand.Therefore,the country implements the action plan for improving the quality and cultivating excellence of vocational education.Higher vocational colleges can promote the classroom revolution through paths such as"ideological revolution","method revolution","quality revolution"and"technological revolution",so as to promote the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
