“双导双向、产学联动”人才培养模式的研究——以高职摄影测量与遥感技术专业为例

Research on the Talent Training Mode of"Double-tutor and Two-way,Industry-school Linkage"

根据当前社会行业对摄影测量与遥感技术专业人才的要求,辽宁生态工程职业学院提出了“双导双向、产学联动”的摄影测量与遥感技术专业人才培养模式。“双导”即“双导师培养制”,“双向”即企业和学校两主体一起培养人才;“产学联动”即根据技能培养方案,安排在校学生到企业实习,共同培养适应当前行业需求和发展复合技术型人才。

According to the current social industry requirements for photogrammetry and remote sensing technology professionals,Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering has put forward the"double-tutor,two-way,industry-school linkage"photogrammetry and remote sensing technology professional personnel training mode."Double tutor"means"double tutor training system","two-way"means the joint talent training by enterprises and the school;"industry-school linkage"refers to the arrangement of students to practice in enterprises according to the skill training scheme,so as to jointly cultivate interdisciplinary technical talents to meet the current industry needs and development.
