慢性肺疾病儿童照顾者疲劳、焦虑与抑郁相关性分析

Correlation analysis of fatigue,anxiety and depression in caregivers of children with chronic lung disease

目的探究慢性肺疾病儿童照顾者疲劳、焦虑、抑郁的相关性。方法通过方便抽样方法选取2021年8月至2022年4月在广州医科大学附属第一医院儿科住院的105例慢性肺疾病儿童照顾者。通过发放问卷,调查慢性肺疾病儿童照顾者的疲劳、焦虑、抑郁等情况并统计分析三者之间的关系。结果105份问卷中,回收问卷92份,最终纳入有效问卷80份,有效率为86.9%。儿童照顾者的疲劳程度与患儿是否上学、住院次数有关(P<0.05);焦虑程度与患儿是否上学有关(P<0.05);抑郁程度与患儿年龄、是否上学有关(P<0.05)。疲劳程度与焦虑程度呈正向相关(r=0.361,P<0.05);疲劳程度与抑郁程度呈正相关(r=0.269,P<0.05);焦虑与抑郁程度呈正相关(r=0.263,P<0.05)。结论慢性肺疾病儿童照顾者疲劳与焦虑及抑郁呈正相关,医护人员及家庭成员应及时采取相关措施缓解照顾者疲劳,避免过度疲劳导致焦虑、抑郁等精神心理问题发生,进而影响慢性肺疾病儿童的心理和疾病康复。

Objective To explore the correlation among fatigue,anxiety and depression in caregivers of children with chronic lung disease(CLD).Methods From August 2021 to April 2022,105 caregivers of children with CLD was selected who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University by a convenience sampling method.Questionnaires were distributed to investigate the fatigue,anxiety,depression and the relationship among the three was statistically analyzed.Results Among the 105 caregivers’questionnaires,92 questionnaires were returned,and 80 valid questionnaires were finally included,with an effective rate of 86.9%.The fatigue level of caregivers was related to whether the child went to school and the number of hospitalizations(P<0.05);the anxiety level was related to whether they went to school(P<0.05);the depression was related to the child’s age and whether to go to school(P<0.05).The fatigue level was positively correlated with anxiety level(r=0.361,P<0.05);fatigue level was also positively correlated with depression level(r=0.269,P<0.05);anxiety was positively correlated with depression level(r=0.263,P<0.05).Conclusion Fatigue,anxiety and depression of caregivers are positively related,and medical staff and family members should take relevant measures to relieve fatigue of caregivers,so as to avoid anxiety and depression,affect th e psychology and rehabilitation of children with CLD.
