摘要
目的研讨喘息性支气管炎患儿采用盐酸氨溴索联合头孢克肟治疗对机体炎症因子、病情症状的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月武汉工程大学医院收治的100例喘息性支气管炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组予以头孢克肟治疗,观察组基于对照组条件施加盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组的症状缓解时间(喘息、咳嗽及肺哮鸣音)、用药前后炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]以及用药安全性。结果观察组的喘息、咳嗽及肺哮鸣音症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。用药后,观察组的血清IL-8及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生腹泻、呕吐等不良反应总占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合头孢克肟治疗可有效减轻喘息性支气管炎患儿的机体炎症,加快控制病情症状,且一定程度上可减少不良反应发生,提高用药安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Cefixime on inflammatory factors and symptoms of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 100 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Wuhan Engineering University Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefixime,and the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride based on the conditions of the control group.The symptom relief time(gasping,coughing and pulmonary wheezing),the levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-8[IL-8],C-reactive protein[CRP])and the safety of medication were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of gasping,coughing and wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After medication,serum IL-8 and CRP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of diarrhea,vomiting and other adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Cefixime can effectively reduce the body inflammation in children with asthmatic bronchitis,accelerate the control of symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent,and improve the safety of medication.
