精细护理对小儿腹泻患儿护理效果及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of fine nursing on nursing effect and sleep quality of children with diarrhea

目的探究精细护理对小儿腹泻患儿护理效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的88例小儿腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各44例。对照组患儿提供常规护理服务,观察组患儿则用精细护理方法。观察两种护理手段的干预效果及产生的影响。结果观察组患儿护理总有效率为97.73%,睡眠潜伏时间为(10.56±6.78)min,睡眠质量评分为(22.36±4.33)分;对照组护理总有效率为77.27%,睡眠潜伏时间为(8.44±1.27)min,睡眠质量评分为(32.36±5.28)分。两组上述指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿腹泻患儿实施精细护理干预,可缓解腹泻症状,改善睡眠质量,提高临床护理质量,保证临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of fine nursing on nursing effect and sleep quality of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 88 children with diarrhea who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Children in the control group were provided with routine nursing services,while children in the observation group were provided with fine nursing methods.The intervention effect and impact of the two nursing methods were observed.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.73%,the sleep latency was(10.56±6.78)min,and the sleep quality score was(22.36±4.33)points.The total effective rate of nursing in the control group was 77.27%,the sleep latency was(8.44±1.27)min,and the sleep quality score was(32.36±5.28)points.There were statistically significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine nursing intervention in children with pediatric can alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea,improve the quality of sleep,improve the quality of clinical nursing,ensure the clinical treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
