综合护理对手足口病患儿溃疡愈合及护理满意度的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on ulcer healing and nursing satisfaction of children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨综合护理对手足口病(HFMD)患儿溃疡愈合及护理满意度的影响。方法收集2018年1月至2021年5月济宁市公共卫生医疗中心儿科收治的124例HFMD患儿,根据患儿入院序号进行分组,单号者纳入综合护理组,双号者纳入常规护理组,每组各62例。两组均采用常规护理措施,综合护理组同时给予综合护理干预措施,观察两组患儿溃疡愈合时间及疼痛缓解时间,并比较两组患儿家属对护理工作的满意情况。结果综合护理组患儿溃疡愈合时间及疼痛缓解时间短于常规护理组,综合护理组患儿家属对护理工作的总满意度高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可促进HFMD患儿溃疡愈合,减轻疼痛,缩短病程,并提高家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on ulcer healing and nursing satisfaction in children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 124 children with HFMD treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Jining Public Health Medical Center from January 2018 to May 2021 were collected.The children were grouped according to their admission number,children with single numbers were included in the comprehensive nursing group,the children with even numbers were included in the routine nursing group,62 cases in each group.Routine nursing measures were adopted in both groups,the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.The ulcer healing time and pain relief time of children in the two groups were observed,and the satisfaction of family members of children in the two groups with nursing work was compared.Results The time of ulcer healing and pain relief in the comprehensive nursing group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group,the total satisfaction of the family members of the children in the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote the ulcer healing of children with HFMD,reduce pain,shorten the course of disease,and improve the satisfaction of family members with nu rsing work.
