妇产科外阴消毒相关问题的探讨

Discussion on related issues of vulvar disinfection in obstetrics and gynecology department

外阴消毒是妇产科外阴、阴道、宫颈及宫腔手术或操作前的常规准备,相比其他操作技术来讲实属简单。但就目前来看,有关外阴消毒的操作方法仍然存在不规范、不统一甚至相互矛盾的现象,主要表现在消毒顺序、消毒方法的不规范与不统一。基于此,本文带着疑问与批判性的视角,查阅当前国内妇产科权威教材与指导用书、期刊文献等,就当前外阴消毒的相关问题进行探讨,以期引起同行重视,推动形成国内统一的认识和规范,为我国医学生的培养及临床操作规范提供指导依据。

Vulvar disinfection is a routine preparation before surgery or operation of vulva,vagina,cervix and uterine cavity in obstetrics and gynecology department.Compared with other operation techniques,it is simple.However,at present,there are still some irregularities,inconsistencies and even contradictions in the operation methods of vulvar disinfection,which are mainly manifested in the irregularity and disunity of disinfection sequence and disinfection methods.Based on this,with a questioning and critical perspective,this paper consulted the authoritative textbooks,instruction books and periodicals of obstetrics and gynecology in China at present,and discussed the related problems of vulvar disinfection,in order to attract the attention of peers,promote the formation of a unified understanding and standards in China,and provide guidance for the training of me dical students and clinical practice standards in China.
