不同色系儿童房装饰用内墙涂料耐污渍性试验方法改进探究

Research on Improvement of Test Method for Stain Resistence of Interior wall paint for decoration of children's room

目前内墙涂料的耐污渍性能主要通过反射系数来评判,但不适用于不同色系儿童房装饰用内墙涂料。实验通过检测添加不同颜色色浆的儿童房装饰用内墙涂料的耐污渍性,探索了不同色系涂料色彩的保留性和持久性;通过引入色差表征涂料及其老化后的耐污渍性,填补了目前不同色系儿童房装饰用内墙涂料耐污渍性检测的空白,为完善涂料耐污渍性测定方法提供参考。

At present,the ability of interior wall coatings to resist common household stains is mainly judged by the reflection coefficient,but it is not suitable for interior wall paint for decoration of children's room(children’s paints).In order to explore the color retention and durability of children's paints with multiple colors,we test the stain resistance of children's paints with different color pastes,introduce chromatic aberration to characterize the stain resistance performance of children's paints and paints after aging.It fills the current gap in the stain resistance detection of children's coatings with multiple colors and establishes a more scientific evaluation system to evaluate the stain resistance performance of children's paint products on the market,which can provide a reference for the subsequent improvement of the stain resistance performance of coatings.
