牵引变电所电容式电压互感器检测方法的研究

摘要 现阶段铁路牵引供电系统牵引供电所亭的外电源,一般采用以220 kV为主,330 kV和110 kV为辅的供电制式,电压测量和监测采用电容式电压互感器实现。此类型的电压互感器在国家电网中的运用极其成熟,相关规章制度完备和全面,但在铁路牵引供电系统中却明显“水土不服”。本文针对电容式电压互感器电压异常的现象进行深入分析,并对现阶段条件下的检修、预试和在线监测手段进行重新审视,最终给出相应的改进方案。 At present,the voltage level of the external power supply in the traction power supply station of the railway traction power supply system generally adopts 220kV,and supplemented by 330kV and llOkV.The measuring and monitoring of voltage are realized by capacitive voltage transformer.The application of this type of voltage transformer is very mature in the national power grid,and the relevant rules and regulations are complete and comprehensive,but it is obviously"unacclimatized"in the railway traction power supply system.In view of the abnormal voltage of capacitive voltage transformer,this paper makes corresponding analysis,re-examines the maintenance,pre-test and on-line monitoring methods under the current conditions,and finally gives the corresponding improvement scheme.
