校企深度融合背景下深化应用型高校校本课程开发的价值与实践路径 被引量:2

Value and Practice Path of School-based Curriculum Development in Deepening Application-oriented Universities Based on the Deep Integration of Schools and Enterprises

摘要 应用型高校作为我国人才培养的重要主体,其对课程的建设,直接关系到育人的成效。尤其是在当前校企深度融合背景下,学校原有的课程体系已经难以满足学生的发展需要,且无法持续推进校企深度融合,因此急需开发一种能够促进校企双方深度融合,并满足学生多样化发展需要的校本课程。开发校本课程,可以凸显办学特色,推动学校长远发展;深化校企融合,培育高质量人才;强化师资队伍,做好师资保障。为了提升校本课程开发的效果,本文从构建政校企融合开发机制、以企业行业标准为基础确立课程标准、以应用能力为基础建立课程评价体系三个层面提出了实践路径。 As an important subject of talents training in China,whether application-oriented colleges and universities can effectively build courses is directly related to the effectiveness of education.Especially in the context of the current deep integration of schools and enterprises,the original curriculum system has been difiicult to meet the development needs of students,and cannot continuously promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a school-based curriculum that can promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises and meet the diversified development needs of students.Through the effective development of school-based curriculum,we can highlight the characteristics o£running a school and promote the long-term development of the school;Deepen the integration of schools and enterprises and cultivate high-quality talents;Strengthen the teaching staff and do a good job in ensuring teachers.In order to improve the effect of school-based curriculum development,this paper puts forward the practical path from three aspects:constructing the integration development mechanism of government,school and enterprise,establishing the curriculum standard based on the enterprise industry standard,and establishing the curriculum evaluation system based on the application ability.
