摘要
本研究采用大学生生涯适应力问卷和大学生求职主动性问卷,通过整群随机抽样对390名高职毕业生进行问卷调查。结果发现:高职毕业生生涯适应力水平与求职主动性呈显著的正相关,进一步的路径分析发现,生涯适应力水平对求职主动性有直接效应。未来研究应关注生涯适应力及求职主动性对求职结果的效应,拓展求职主动性相关研究,为进一步理解大学生的求职行为并提供相应的干预策略提供理论依据。
In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 390 graduates from vocational college using career adaptability scale and the questionnaire of college students'job seeking initiative.It was found that the level of career adaptability of higher vocational graduates was significantly positively correlated with job seeking initiative.Further analysis found that the level of career adaptability had a direct effect on job seeking initiative.Future research should focus on the effects of career adaptability and job seeking initiative on job search outcomes,and provide a theoretical basis for further understanding of college students' job search behavior and providing corresponding intervention strategies.
