摘要
学校中对大学生思想、言行和成长影响最大的因素是专业课教师。专业课教师作为课程思政改革的关键因素,必须要明确其角色定位:专业课教师既是专业知识的传授者,又是全员育人工作的重要一环。基于此,对其提出坚持正确的政治立场、保持优良的职业素养、塑造优秀的个人品格的角色期望。通过教师自我教育、自我学习的内部机制与建设教师培训机制、健全教师的考核机制、完善教师的奖惩机制等外部机制,有益于解决教师的角色冲突问题,帮助教师角色统一,推动课程思政改革的发展。
The first factor that has the greatest influence on college students' thoughts,behaviour and growth is the teachers of specialized courses.As a key factor in the reform of ideological and political curriculum,professional teachers must define their roles:they are not only the teachers imparting professional knowledge,but also an important link in the education of all staff.Based on this,this paper puts forward the role expectation of sticking to the correct political position,maintaining excellent professional quality and shaping excellent personal character.Through the internal mechanism of teachers' self-education and self-learning,and the external mechanism of building teachers' training mechanism,improving teachers' assessment mechanism and improving the reward and punishment mechanism for teachers,it can be beneficial to solve the problem of teachers' intra-role conflict,help teachers' role unification and promote the development of ideological and political curriculum reform.
