高校辅导员谈心谈话工作的“四度”策略探讨

谈心谈话作为高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的一个重要环节,发挥着重要的育人作用。高校辅导员在开展谈心谈话工作中,存在工作经验缺乏、谈话技巧欠缺、跟踪回访滞后和共情沟通不足等问题。本文从以理服人、增加谈心谈话的高度,以诚待人、扩展谈心谈话的宽度,以心暖人,延伸谈心谈话的深度,以制聚人、提高谈心谈话的温度进行“四度”策略提升,以便为辅导员更好地开展思想政治教育工作,提高育人实效提供参考。

Heart-to-heart talking is an important link of ideological and political education for college counselors.It plays an important role in educating people.There are some problems in heart-to-heart talking,such as the lack of work experience and skills,lag in tracking return visits and insufiicient communication.In this paper,analysis is carried out,including persuading others through reasoning to improve the height of heart-to-heart talking,treating others with sincerity to expand the width of the heart-to-heart talking,warming others to extend the depth of the heart-to-heart talking,gathering others to raise the temperature of the heart-to-heart talking.Through these measures,counselors can better carry out ideological and political education,so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of educating people.
