摘要
为提升高模数硅酸钾的稳定性,用不同的硅烷偶联剂对其进行改性,发现γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 560)对提升高模数硅酸钾的稳定性有显著效果;进一步考察了反应温度、硅酸钾模数、固含量及KH 560用量对硅酸钾稳定性的影响。结果表明,当KH 560的质量分数为3%,反应温度为55℃,制得的模数为5.0、固体质量分数为25%的硅酸钾溶液稳定性好,可在(50±2)℃烘箱中稳定存放30 d不发生凝胶。
In order to improve the stability of high modulus potassium silicate,different silane coupling agents were used.It is found thatγ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl trimethoxysilane(KH 560)has a significant effect on improving the stability of high modulus potassium silicate.The effects of reaction temperature,modulus of potassium silicate,solid content and dosage of KH 560 on the stability of potassium silicate were investigated.The results show that when the mass fraction of KH 560 is 3%,the reaction temperature is temperature of 55℃,the prepared potassium silicate solution with a modulus of 5.0 and a solid mass fraction of 25%had good stability and can be stored in an oven at(50±2)℃for 30 days without gel.
