摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,二甲基硅油为增塑剂,改性纳米碳酸钙为填料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,添加复配交联剂、偶联剂,制得脱醇型双组分室温硫化有机硅密封胶。探讨了纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)对有机硅密封胶常温及高温力学性能、热失重行为的影响。结果表明,当纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)的质量分数为3%时,双组分有机硅密封胶的力学性能较佳,在23℃时的剪切强度为1.44 MPa,100℃时剪切强度为1.18 MPa。纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)的加入能有效提高有机硅密封胶的热稳定性,与未添加Fe_(2)O_(3)的密封胶相比,含Fe_(2)O_(3)的有机硅密封胶的分解温度提高。
A dealcoholized RTV-2 silicone sealant was prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as base rubber,dimethicone as the plasticizer,modified nano calcium carbonate as the filler,dibutyltin laurate as the catalyst,crosslinking agent and coupling agent.The effects of nano-Fe_(2)O_(3)on the mechanical properties and thermogravimetric behavior of silicone structural sealant at room and high temperature were discussed.The results show that the silicone structure sealant has the good mechanical properties when the mass fraction of Fe_(2)O_(3)is 3%,the shear strength is 1.44 MPa at 23℃,and the shear strength at 100℃is 1.18 MPa.The addition of nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) can effectively improve the thermal stability of silicone sealant.Compared with the sealant without Fe_(2)O_(3),the decomposition temperature of silicone sealant containing Fe_(2)O_(3) is higher.
