甲基氯硅烷合成装置中氯甲烷精制系统的工艺模拟与优化

摘要 为提高甲基氯硅烷合成装置中氯甲烷精制系统的回收质量,同时降低分离过程中的能源消耗,使用Aspen Plus V11软件对现有甲基氯硅烷合成装置精制工序建模,通过对现有流程的改进、调整回流量和气相进料口位置,考察了回收氯甲烷的含量及系统能耗。在保证回收质量的基础上,与现有流程相比,优化后的流程系统总冷却负荷、加热负荷分别降低了26.8%、62.8%,回收氯甲烷含量提高到98.5%,效益显著。 In order to improve the recovery quality of the methyl chloride purification system in the methyl chlorosilane synthesis unit and reduce the energy consumption in the separation process,Aspen Plus V11 software was used to model the purification process of the methylchlorosilane synthesis.The improvement of the existing process,the adjustment of the reflux flow and the position of the gas phase feed inlet,the content of recovered methyl chloride and the energy consumption of the system were investigated.On the basis of ensuring the recovery quality,compared with the existing process,the total cooling load and heating load of the optimized process are reduced by 26.8%and 62.8%respectively,and the recovered methylchloride increases to 98.5%,with significant benefits.
