区域一体化促进公共图书馆高质量发展——以浙江省公共图书馆服务大提升行动为例

Regional Integration Promotes the High-quality Development of Public Libraries:Taking the Great Improvement of Public Library Services in Zhejiang Province as An Example

区域一体化是实现高质量发展的必由之路。文章提出了公共图书馆区域一体化的4个主要特征,包括服务体系建设一体化布局、文献资源建设一体化推进、基本服务功能一体化实现、阅读推广活动一体化供给。在结合浙江省实施公共图书馆服务大提升行动的主要做法和相关成效的基础上,总结了区域一体化促进公共图书馆高质量发展的几点启示,为其他地区图书馆实施一体化发展提供参考借鉴。

Regional integration is the only way to achieve high-quality development.This paper puts forward four characteristics of regional integration of public libraries,including the integrated layout of service system construction,the integrated promotion of document resources development,the integrated realization of basic service functions,and the integrated supply of reading promotion activities.Based on the main practices and relevant results of the implementation of the great improvement of public library services in Zhejiang Province,this paper summarizes some enlightenment of regional integration to promote the high-quality development of public libraries,which provides reference for the implementation of integrated development of libraries in other regions.
