基于ML分析的乡村空间发展模式识别与振兴途径研究

Identification and revitalization of rural spatial development patterns based on multi-level analysis

科学识别村域空间发展模式,分类推进乡村发展振兴,对于破解乡村发展不平衡不充分实现共同富裕目标具有重要现实意义。文中引入“网-区-场-极”多级分析multi-level analysis(ML)方法,以宁夏盐池县为例,利用引力模型、极化测度模型和因子分析法分析并识别该县核心村镇空间驱动场-乡村产地发展振兴极-乡村地域空间发展区,以期从空间地域多体视角识别和构建村域空间发展的多级目标体系,实现对村域空间发展类型划分的目的。结果表明:空间发展能力评价可衡量区域发展的综合实力,反映了区域空间发展类型的差异;“网-区-场-极”多级目标分析框架对于村域空间发展模式识别与划分具有较强的适用性;宁夏盐池县村域空间发展模式可识别为13个乡村产地发展振兴极、8个村镇空间场和5个乡村地域空间发展区,并针对乡村发展区的分区结果给出了相应的振兴途径。

Scientific identification of village spatial development model and classified promotion of rural development and revitalization are of great practical significance for solving the imbalance of rural development and fully realizing the goal of common prosperity.In this paper,a multi-level objective analysis method of‘network-district-field-pole’was introduced.Taking Yanchi county in Ningxia province as an example,gravitational model,polarization measurement model,factor analysis method and geo-detector method were used to analyze and identify township spatial driving field(field)-the revitalization pole of rural development(pole)-the spatial district of rural development(district).In order to identify and to achieve the division of the spatial development types of the village,we constructed a multi-level target system for the development of the village domain from a multi-dimension view of the spatial region.The results show that the evaluation of spatial development capability can measure the comprehensive strength of regional development and reflect the differences in the types of regional spatial development,and the multi-level objective analysis framework of‘network-district-field-pole’has strong applicability to identify and classify the spatial development types.The spatial development types of Yanchi county in Ningxia can be identified and divided into 5 spatial district of rural development and 13 rural development revitalization poles.According to the regionalization results of rural development district,the corresponding ways of revitalization were given.
