摘要
阐述变压器振动信号本征模态函数,搭建实验测试平台,运用振动信号指标能量进行设备机械故障检测。通过振动信号测试,完成信号分量分解和指标能量特征分析,结合铁心和绕组振动信号特征向量,判定变压器发生的机械故障。
This paper expounds the eigenmode function of transformer vibration signal, builds an experimental test platform, and uses the vibration signal index energy to detect the mechanical fault of equipment. Through the vibration signal test, the signal component decomposition and index energy characteristic analysis are completed. Combined with the characteristic vectors of core and winding vibration signals, the mechanical fault of transformer is determined.
