2015—2020年承德市丙型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis C in Chengde City from 2015-2020

目的分析2015—2020年承德市丙型病毒性肝炎(丙肝)流行特征,为承德市丙肝防治工作提供科学依据。方法利用中国法定传染病报告系统收集2015—2020年承德市丙肝病例疫情数据,并对数据进行分析。结果2015—2020年承德市共报告丙肝病例10907例,年均报告发病率50.82/10万,其中2018年发病率最高(59.63/10万),2020年最低(40.46/10万);3月报告病例数最多(1131例);各县(市、区)均有病例报告,年均报告发病率最高为宽城县(139.53/10万),最低为兴隆县(16.04/10万)。病例中男性6844例,女性4063例,男性发病率(62.23/10万)高于女性(38.92/10万)。发病年龄主要集中在50~<70岁阶段,报告病例7045例,占总病例数的64.59%;职业以农民为主(8989例,占82.51%)。结论2015—2020年承德市丙肝报告发病率一直维持在较高水平,地区差异较大,50~<70岁、农民是重点人群。应重视重点地区、重点人群的丙肝疫情,进一步加强确诊及后续治疗和随访管理工作。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis C(hepatitis C)in Chengde City from 2015-2020,provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis C in Chengde City.Methods The epidemic data of hepatitis C cases in Chengde City from 2015-2020 were collected by the China notifiable infectious disease reporting system,and the data were analyzed.Results A total of 10907 hepatitis C cases were reported in Chengde City from 2015-2020,with an average annual incidence rate of 50.82/100000,the highest incidence rate was in 2018(59.63/100000),and the lowest in 2020(40.46/100000).The largest number of cases were reported in March(1131 cases).All counties(cities,districts)had reported cases,the highest average annual incidence rate was in Kuancheng County(139.53/100000),and the lowest was in Xinglong County(16.04/100000).There were 6844 male cases and 4063 female cases,and the incidence of males(62.23/100000)was higher than that of females(38.92/100000).The age of onset was mainly concentrated in the 50-<70 years old,with 7045 reported cases,accounting for 64.59%of the total cases.The occupation was mainly farmers(8989 cases,82.51%).Conclusions The reported incidence of hepatitis C in Chengde City from 2015-2020 has been maintained at a high level,with large regional differences,and people aged 50-<70 years old and farmers are key populations.It is necessary to pay attention to the hepatitis C epidemic situation in key areas and key populations,and further strengthen the diagnosis,treatment and follow-up management.
