泸州市三级医院临床护士职业生命质量现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of quality of work life among clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals of Luzhou City

目的调查泸州市三级医院临床护士职业生命质量现状,探讨其影响因素。方法2019年6—12月,采用随机抽样法选取泸州市7所三级医院的1120名临床护士作为研究对象,使用职业生命质量量表(qnahty of work life 7-32,QWL7-32)进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷1078份,临床护士职业生命质量总分为(104.90±15.28)分。工作主动性、职业胜任感、职业满意度、心理健康、职业自豪感、生理健康及职业-家庭平衡感维度得分分别为(14.44±2.65)、(6.80±1.37)、(26.50±5.40)、(16.26±3.82)、(9.75±2.21)、(25.41±3.97)和(5.74±1.53)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,是否遭遇工作暴力、是否值夜班、月收入及所在科室是临床护士职业生命质量的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的17.9%。结论泸州市三级医院临床护士的职业生命质量有待进一步提高。护理管理者应根据其影响因素制定针对性干预措施,提高护士职业生命质量,稳定和壮大护理队伍。

Objective To investigate the status of quality of work life among clinical nurses in the tertiary hospitals in Luzhou City,explore its influencing factors.Methods From June to December 2019,1120 clinical nurses from seven tertiary hospitals in Luzhou City were selected as the research objects by random sampling method.And the quality of work life scale(QWL7-32)was used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results A total of 1078 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score of quality of work life in clinical nurses was(104.90±15.28)points.The scores of work initiative,professional competence,professional satisfaction,mental health,professional pride,physical health,and professional-family balance were(14.44±2.65),(6.80±1.37),(26.50±5.40),(16.26±3.82),(9.75±2.21),(25.41±3.97)and(5.74±1.53)points,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that workplace violence,night shifts,monthly income,and department were the main influencing factors for the quality of work life of clinical nurses(all P<0.05),explaining 17.9%of the total variation.Conclusions The quality of work life of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals of Luzhou City needs to be further improved.Nursing managers should formulate targeted intervention measures according to the influencing factors,so as to improve the quality of life of nurses,and stabilize and expand the nursing team.
