援疆干部压力及心理健康状况调查

Investigation on stress and mental health of cadres assisting Xinjiang

目的调查援疆干部压力和心理健康状况,探索培养其积极的压力应对方式对心理健康水平提升的重要性。方法2019年8—9月以援疆干部群体为研究对象,采用了压力自评、简易应对方式量表和症状自评量表对110名援疆领导干部进行了小样本的团体测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果84.6%的援疆干部自我感觉正承受较大压力,且压力首要来源是“工作任务压力”[(7.53±1.27)分],99.9%认为加强心理素质建设是重要的,61.9%的援疆干部在应激状态时主要采用积极的应对方式。援疆干部总体心理健康水平要低于社会平均水平(P<0.05),采取积极应对方式的援疆干部心理健康状况明显更好(P<0.05)。结论大部分援疆干部心理压力较大,心理健康水平整体较低,采用积极应对方式的心理健康程度较好,因此培养积极的压力应对方法,对促进援疆干部心理健康水平具有重要的现实意义。

Objective To investigate the stress and mental health of cadres assisting Xinjiang,explore the importance of cultivating their positive pressure coping styles to improve the mental health.Methods The population of cadres assisting Xinjiang was collected as the research object from August to September 2019,a small sample group test was conducted in 110 leading cadres assisting Xinjiang by the self-assessment of stress,simplified coping style questionnaire and symptom checklist 90,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results 84.6%of cadres assisting Xinjiang felt that they are under greater pressure,and the primary source of pressure was“task pressure”[(7.53±1.27)points].99.9%believe that strengthening psychological quality is important.61.9%of Xinjiang-aid cadres mainly adopt active coping methods when they are under stress.The overall mental health of cadres assisting Xinjiang was lower than the social average(P<0.05).The mental health status of cadres assisting Xinjiang who adopted active coping was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the cadres assisting Xinjiang have greater psychological pressure,and their mental health levels are generally low,those with active coping methods have the better mental health,therefore,cultivating positive pressure coping methods has important practical significance for promoting the mental health of cadres assisting Xinjiang.
