摘要
产后出血(PPH)目前仍是孕产妇死亡的首要原因之一,产后出血的防治是降低严重产后出血及不良孕产结局的关键措施,而产程管理是产后出血防治的重要组成部分。本文总结了产程管理与产后出血防治的国内外研究进展,为新产程模式下规范化的产程管理和合理化的产程干预措施提供循证医学参考。
Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)is still one of the leading causes of maternal death.The prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is the key measure to reduce the risks of severe postpartum hemorrhage and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and the management of labor process is an important part of the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.This paper summarizes the research advances on the management of labor process and prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage at home and abroad,so as to provide evidence-based references for standardized management of labor process and rational interventions on labor process under the new labor process mode.
