摘要
干眼症是临床常见的多因素眼表疾病,其发病机制复杂,其中免疫机制至关重要,但目前关于免疫炎症反应中发生的信号传导通路了解甚少,因此,建立合适的动物模型对其机制的研究尤为重要。现有的动物模型可模拟干眼症的多种组织病理特征,但尚无一种模型能准确模拟干眼症频繁发生、逐渐恶化、机制复杂的特点。文章就几种常见干眼症动物模型建立方法及其优缺点进行综述,为研究人员提供参考。
Xerophthalmia is a common clinical multifactorial ocular surface disease,and its pathogenesis is complex,among which the immune mechanism is very important.However,little is known about the signal transduction pathway in the immune inflammatory response.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an appropriate animal model for the study of its mechanism.The existing animal models can simulate a variety of histopathological features of Xerophthalmia,but no one can accurately simulate the characteristics of Xerophthalmia,such as frequent occurrence,gradual deterioration and complex mechanism.In this paper,several methods of establishing animal models of Xerophthalmia and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed in order to provide reference for researchers.
