摘要
以国家教育质量监测实施方案为依据,在内容构建和实践的基础上,从目标导向、内容构建、工具设计和保障机制等方面对区域性音乐教育质量监测体系的理论模型进行构建。区域性音乐教育质量监测体系的构建树立了科学的教育质量评价观,促进了区域音乐教学的长足发展和教育资源的优化配置,可以提升区域性音乐教育的质量。
Based on the implementation plan of national education quality monitoring,a theoretical model of regional music education quality monitoring system is constructed from the aspects of goal orientation,content construction,tool design and guarantee mechanism.The construction of the regional music education quality monitoring system helps to establish a scientific view on education quality evaluation,promote the great development of regional music education and the optimized allocation of educational resources,and improve the quality of regional music education.
