摘要
高校十分重视对学生赛事创新与创新创业能力培养,开展高校赛事创新能力培养研究对提升学生的创新参赛能力和综合素养具有重要意义。采用分层教学法搭建学科竞赛和学生精准化培养模式,提出学科竞赛与创新人才融合培养模式、学科竞赛与“三位一体”融合培养模式、学科竞赛与竞赛平台融合培养模式、学科竞赛与课程教学融合培养模式以及学科竞赛与人才精准化融合培养模式等5种模式,以此对高校大学生创新能力培养方式展开研究。根据获得的教学和竞赛成果可知,竞赛驱动的创新能力培养模式能够有效提升大学生创新能力。
Universities have attached great importance to the cultivation of students’innovative ability and it is of great significance for the improvement of students’innovative competition ability and comprehensive quality to do research on the cultivation of innovative ability in universities.By means of hierarchical teaching approach,based on the establishment of a model of subject competitions and precise training of students,the paper studies the cultivation method of university students’innovative ability and suggests five cultivation models.The achievements in teaching and competitions show that the cultivation mode of the innovative ability driven by competitions can effectively improve university students’innovative ability.
