摘要
为满足机载与车载直流电子设备浪涌电压抑制要求,文章比较了几种常用的浪涌电压抑制电路,介绍了各自的特点、适用场合。在此基础上,提出了一种基于MOSFET的降压稳压型浪涌电压抑制电路,详细分析了其工作原理,通过仿真和试验验证了此电路的可行性。该电路损耗低、可靠性高、器件选型简单等,为浪涌电压抑制提供了一种新思路。
In order to meet the surge voltage suppression requirements of airborne and on-board DC electronic equipment,this paper compares several common circuits for surge voltage suppression,and introduces their characteristics and applicable occasions.On this basis,a new MOSFET-based Buck surge suppression circuit for DC power supply is proposed,its working principle is analyzed in detail,and the feasibility of the circuit is verified by simulation and experiment.The circuit has the advantages of low power loss,high reliability and simple selection of components,which provides a new idea for surge voltage suppression.
