摘要
雷电流冲击是造成户外电子设备失效的主要因素之一,多项标准规定了冲击电流测试的波形要求,但待测设备中容性和感性器件的存在可能会增大测试中冲击电流的波头时间和半峰值时间,从而超出标准要求。采用仿真和试验的方法,研究标准中的三种冲击电流发生器输出波形随回路内电容、电感和电阻的变化规律。试验表明,降低回路内电容和电感,可降低输出波形的波头时间和半峰值时间;降低回路内电阻,可降低半峰值时间和增大波头时间。可为冲击电流试验中波形的调节和雷击防护设计提供参考。
Lightning current is one of the main factors to cause the failure of outdoor electronic equipment.Many standards specify the waveform requirements for the impulse current test.However,the presence of the capacitive and inductive components of the equipment may increase the wave head time and half-peak time,exceeding the standard requirements.The simulation and test methods are used to study the relationship of the output waveform of the impulse current generator with the loop capacitor,inductance,and resistance.Experiment results show that when the capacitance and inductance reduce,the wave head time and half-peak time of the output waveform reduce.When the resistance reduces,the wave head time increases while the half-peak time reduces.This paper provides reference for waveform adjustment in the impulse current test and lighting protection design.
