摘要
介绍了一种加固笔记本的电磁兼容防护设计措施。从显示屏、键盘、滤波、接地、指示灯、散热风口等全方位进行电磁防护设计,前期设计阶段采取导电橡胶条、屏蔽玻璃、穿心电容、屏蔽线缆等对应防护措施旨在解决电磁兼容问题。进行GJB 151B-2013要求的RE102测试过程中,出现晶振12 MHz的倍频超标情况,通过采用展频板、改善接线线缆等合理的改进措施,并对键盘、加固笔记本整体进行电磁仿真及测试验证。实现了加固笔记本的良好电磁兼容性,有效提高了其屏蔽效能,满足GJB 151B-2013要求。
This paper introduces a method of EMC defense design for a reinforcement notebook.This method integrates EMC design theory of display screens,keyboard,filtering,grounding,sign light and air vent of heat dissipation.In the early design stage,the corresponding measures such as conductive adhesive strip,shielding glass,through core capacitor,shielding cable are taken to solve the EMC problem.During the test of RE102 in GJB151B-2013,the frequency doubling of 12 MHz of crystal oscillator exceeded the standard.Through the use of frequency spreading bord,improvement measures,the electromagnetic simulation and test verification were carried out on the keyboard and reinforced notebook as a whole.It realizes the good electromagnetic compatibility of the reinforced notebook,effectively improves its shielding efficiency,and meets the standard requirements.
