GB 34660-2017中未对汽车转向系统正常工作模式进行要求,为提升车辆安全方面的电磁兼容性能,GB 17675-2021新增了汽车转向系统正常工作模式的电磁抗扰度试验,但未明确具体的实施方案。文章阐释了GB 17675-2021中汽车转向系统的电磁兼容试验要求和试验方法,并结合测试案例,详细介绍了汽车转向电气控制系统电磁辐射抗扰试验、挂车转向电气控制系统电磁辐射抗扰试验(电波暗室法和大电流注入(BCI)法)、挂车转向电气控制系统沿电源线瞬态传导抗扰度试验的具体要求及操作要点,为相关人员理解和运用此标准提供参考。
GB 34660-2017 does not require the normal working mode of automotive steering system.In order to improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of vehicle safety,GB 17675-2021 adds the electromagnetic immunity test of the normal working mode of automotive steering system,but the specific implementation plan is not specified.This paper explains the electromagnetic compatibility test requirements and test methods of automotive steering system in GB 17675-2021,and combined with test cases,automotive steering electric control system was introduced in detail the electromagnetic radiation immunity test,the trailer to the electrical control system of electromagnetic radiation immunity test(in a method and the high current injection(BCI)method),trailer steering electrical control system transient conduction along the power cord to the specific requirements of the immunity test and operation key points,provide a reference for relevant personnel to understand and apply this standard.
