酸洗液酸洗能力控制方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 稀土永磁材料在前处理酸洗过程中,酸液的更换周期越短,其利用效率也就越低,越不利于成本控制;通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法^([1-2])测定酸液中铁含量的方法,研究了酸液酸洗能力控制及合理更换周期。实验表明,对酸液进行阶段性的补加浓酸,可有效维持酸液的酸洗能力,酸液的更换延缓近一个周期。最终达到节约资源,减排降本的目的。 In the pre-treatment pickling process of rare earth permanent magnet materials,the shorter the acid replacement period is,the lower the utilization efficiency will be and the more unfavorable to cost control.Iron content in acid was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)^([1-2])method.The control of acid pickling ability and reasonable replacement period were studied.The experiment shows that the acid solution can maintain the pickling ability of acid solution effectively by adding concentrated acid in stages,and the acid solution replacement can be delayed for nearly one cycle.Finally achieve the purpose of saving resources,emission reduction and cost reduction.
