摘要
本文采用GC-MS对金银花提取物的主要成分和相对含量进行了分析,鉴定出多种有效成分。通过对传统金银花提取方法进行比较,根据实际生产条件,选用回流法进行金银花烟用致香成分的提取,并讨论了其提取工艺:乙醇浓度30%(V/V),料液质量比1∶12,回流时间2 h,反应温度60℃。将金银花提取物加入到卷烟中,通过评吸,确定了其对卷烟烟气的改善作用:可明显增加甜韵,令烟气更加协调,降低刺激,改善余味。建议在卷烟中的用量为0.01%~0.05%。
The main components and relative contents of the honeysuckle extract were analyzed by the GC-MS,and several active ingredients were identified.By comparing the traditional extraction methods of honeysuckle,according to the actual production conditions,the reflux method was used to extract the fragrant components of honeysuckle smoke.The extraction process was discussed:the concentration of the ethanol was 30 %(V/V),the feed liquid mass ratio was 1∶12,the reflux time was 2 h,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃.The honeysuckle extract was added to the cigarette.Its effect on smoke improvement was determined,which could significantly increase the sweetness,make the smoke more harmonious,decrease the stimulation,and improve aftertaste.The recommended amount in cigarettes was 0.01 %~0.05 %.
