摘要
25-羟基维生素D3是维生素D3的衍生物,是一种保持骨骼健康的重要营养素,在刺激肠道吸收钙、调节骨钙和促进磷的吸收方面比维生素D3更有价值。本文从先开环法和后开环法两种路线阐述了25-羟基维生素D3的合成优劣,尤其侧重于后开环法的各步骤的具体实施,并对25-羟基维生素D3自发现以来的各种化学合成路线进行综述,为其进一步研究提供参考。
25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3) is a derivative of vitamin D_(3).It is an important nutrient for maintaining bone health.It is more valuable than vitamin D_(3) in stimulating the absorption of calcium in the intestines,regulating bone calcium and promoting the absorption of phosphorus.This article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3) from the first ring-opening method and the second ring-opening method,with particular emphasis on the specific implementation of each step of the latter ring-opening method.The various chemical synthesis routes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3) since its discovery are reviewed to provide references for further research.
