摘要
采用预处理-水解酸化-BIC厌氧反应器-两级A/O-深度处理工艺处理粉丝-蛋白生产废水,处理规模为22500m^(3)/d,综合废水COD为11000 mg/L、BOD5为3000 mg/L、NH_(3)-N为100 mg/L、TN为400 mg/L、TP为80 mg/L、SS为1500 mg/L、pH为4.5~5.5,本工程处理后出水执行《山东省半岛流域水污染物综合排放标准(DB37/3416.5-2018)》和《城镇污水处理厂污染物综合排放标(GB18918-2002)》标准,即COD≤40 mg/L、BOD5≤10 mg/L、NH_(3)-N≤2 mg/L、TN≤15 mg/L、TP≤0.4 mg/L、SS≤10 mg/L、pH 6.0~9.0。处理出水可用于灌溉,污泥可用作有机肥,沼气可用于发电。工程实例证明该工艺具有先进可靠、工程投资少、运行效果稳定特点,同时具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
The com bined process of pretreatment,hydrolytic acidification,BIC anaerobic reactor,two-stage A/O and advanced treatment process was used to treat the vermicelli protein production wastewater with a treatment capacity of 22500 m~3/d.The influent COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,TN,TP,SS and pH is 11000 mg/L,3000 mg/L,100 mg/L,400 mg/L,80 mg/L,1500 mg/L and 4.5~5.5 respectively.After treatment,the effluent quality should meet the “Integrated Discharge Standard Of Water Pollutants In Shandong Peninsula Basin”(DB37/3416.5-2018)) and “Integrated Discharge Standard Of Pollutants For Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002),that is COD≤40 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,NH3-N≤2 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L,TP≤0.4 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,pH 6.0~9.0.The effluent after treatment be used for irrigation,the sludge used as organic fertilizer and the biogas used for power generation.The engineering examples show that the process has the characteristics of advanced and reliable,less engineering investment and stable operation effect,which had good economic and environmental benefits.
