摘要
由于全球范围内的水资源短缺及供需矛盾,高效利用再生水成为亟需解决的问题。再生水饮用回用系统可以减少污水的排放,实现水资源的循环利用。并且无需新建城市供水管网,提高再生水使用效率。在水资源短缺的地区,再生水饮用回用系统已有实际应用,但是我国尚未颁布相应的法规,也无应用案例。针对国外再生水饮用回用水系统的主要工艺流程“微滤-反渗透-高级氧化”深度处理进行阐述。分析系统中需要控制的水质参数及监管要求,保障供水安全,对我国再生水饮用回用行业的发展进行研究。
Due to the global shortage of water resources and the contradiction between supply and demand,efficient utilization of reclaimed water becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The potable reuse of reclaimed water system can reduce the discharge of sewage and achieve the recycling utilization of water resources.There is no need to build new urban water distribution system to improve the use efficiency of reclaimed water.In the area of water shortage,the potable reuse system has been applied in practice,but the corresponding regulations have not been promulgated in China,and there are no application cases.In this paper,the advanced treatment of potable reuse system of reclaimed water in foreign countries is described:microfiltration-reverse osmosis-advanced oxidation.The water quality parameters and supervision requirements that need to be controlled in the system are analyzed to ensure the safety of water supply.The development of potable reuse system applied in China is discussed.
