摘要
研究了自动萃取红外法与手动萃取红外法测定污水中石油类测试方法,利用空白加标样品分别进行测试。测试结果表明,自动萃取红外法的标准曲线、检出限、精密度、正确度等指标优于手工萃取红外法。检出限均<0.06mg/L,精密度、正确度测试的相对标准偏差均<5%,满足标准测试要求。从检测质量控制稳定性和检测人员使用试剂安全性角度考虑,采用自动萃取红外法开展污水中石油类的测定,对空白加标样品测试结果表明:石油类化合物在有检出的情况下,使用全自动萃取红外法比手工萃取红外法测试石油类的质量控制稳定性、安全性更为优越。
The automatic extraction infrared method and manual extraction infrared method for the determination of petroleum in sewage were studied,and the blank standard-up samples were used for testing separately.The test results show that the standard curve,detection limit,precision and accuracy of the automatic extraction infrared method are better than those of the manual extraction infrared method.The detection limit is<0.06 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation of precision and accuracy test is<5 %,which meets the standard test requirements.From the perspective of detecting the stability of quality control and the safety of reagents used by inspectors,the automatic extraction infrared method is used to carry out the determination of petroleum in sewage,and the test results of the blank standard-up sample show that the use of automatic extraction infrared method is more superior than the manual extraction infrared method to test the quality control stability and safety of petroleum in the case of detection.
