摘要
酿酒工程专业分析实验是酿酒专业的必修实验课,其目的在于让学生掌握酒生产实际和科学研究中所涉及的分析检测技术。讨论了该课程在教学中的不足和问题。根据本实验课程的特点,从教材选用、教学模式、科研资源整合、创新实验计划等多个角度进行课程教学改革,以激发学生好奇心和学习兴趣,培养其创新精神,提升实践动手能力和综合素质。
The course of analytical testing experiments in brewing engineering is a compulsory course for brewing majors.Its aim is to enable students to master the analytical testing techniques involved in the production and scientific research of wine.The shortcomings and problems of the course in teaching are discussed.According to the characteristics of this experimental course,the course teaching reform is carried out from multiple perspectives,such as teaching materials selection,teaching mode,research resources integration,and innovative experimental programs,to stimulate students’ curiosity and learning interest,cultivate their innovative spirit,and enhance their practical hands-on ability and comprehensive quality.
