模型预测控制技术在S Zorb装置上的应用

Application of Model Predictive Control Technology on S Zorb

利用模型预测控制技术,以Honeywell公司Profitsuit作为软件平台,在某石化公司的S Zorb装置上应用先进控制技术,结合软仪表技术,完善提升装置整体控制水平,挖掘装置潜力。先进控制器投运后,降低了装置关键工艺参数波动标准方差,提高了装置运行的平稳性和安全性,降低了汽油产品辛烷值损失。实施结果表明先进控制技术在该类型装置上的应用,能取得较明显的经济效益。

Using the model predictive control technology and Honeywell’s Profitsuit as the software platform,the advanced control technology is applied to the S Zorb device of a petrochemical company,combined with the soft instrument technology,to improve the overall control level of the device and tap the potential of the device.After the advanced controller is put into operation,the standard deviation of the fluctuation of key process parameters of the device is reduced,the stability and safety of the device operation are improved,and the loss of octane number of gasoline products is reduced.The implementation results show that the application of advanced control technology in this type of device can achieve obvious economic benefits.
