摘要
煤炭热解技术是煤分质加工高效利用的重要途径,对我国能源安全、实现“3060碳达峰碳中和”目标具有重要战略意义。煤与富氢物质共热解有利于提高热解焦油产率及品质,同时实现低值资源的经济高效利用。本文综述了煤与生物质、油页岩、重油/渣油、含油污泥、废旧高分子材料等富氢含碳低值原料的共热解研究现状,从机理入手分析了共热解过程具有协同增效的作用,富氢物质作为供氢剂热解时产生活性自由基的过程及路径与煤热解产生的自由基碎片的匹配控制,是共热解机理研究的关键科学问题之一。
Coal pyrolysis technology is an important way for efficient utilization of coal.It has important strategic significance for China’s energy security and the realization of “3060 carbon peak and neutrality”.Co-pyrolysis of coal and hydrogen-rich materials can improve the yield and quality of pyrolysis tar and realize the economical and efficient utilization of low-value resources.This paper reviews the research status of co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass,oil shale,heavy oil/residual oil,oily sludge,waste polymers and other hydrogen-rich carbon-containing low-value materials.The co-pyrolysis process has synergistic effect.The matching control between the process and path of generating active free radicals during the pyrolysis of hydrogen-rich substances as hydrogen suppliers and the free radical fragments generated from coal pyrolysis is one of the key scientific issues in the study of co-pyrolysis mechanism.
