摘要
燃煤电厂烟气脱硫工艺通常采取石灰石-石膏湿法,但因其产生的脱硫废水具有腐蚀性、高含盐量、富集大量重金属等特点,脱硫废水成为电厂最难处理废水之一。在电厂废水“零排放”的背景下,市场上废水处理技术路线各式各样。本文对各种工艺流程进行了统一的分解和分类,介绍了预处理单元、浓缩还原单元和尾水固化单元三个单元技术与优缺点。同时,认为脱硫废水工艺路线应根据电厂的的水质与水量情况,有针对性的制定对策。
The flue gas desulfurization process of coal-fired power plants usually adopts the limestone-gypsum wet method,but the desulfurization wastewater produced by it is corrosive,high in salt content,and rich in heavy metals.The desulfurization wastewater has become one of the most difficult wastewater treatment in power plants.In the context of “zero discharge” of wastewater from power plants,there are various technical routes for wastewater treatment on the market.This article has carried out a unified decomposition and classification of various technological processes,and introduced the three unit technologies and advantages and disadvantages of the pretreatment unit,the concentration reduction unit and the tail water solidification unit.At the same time,it is believed that the desulfurization wastewater process route should be based on the water quality and quantity of the power plant,and targeted countermeasures should be formulated.
