摘要
随着核工业领域的研究飞速发展,放射性废液的处理需求愈来愈大。蒸发浓缩是处理放射性废液的最主要技术之一。在传统常压蒸发技术基础上,本研究结合国内外先进减压蒸发技术,提出适用于放射性废液的减压蒸发工艺系统,并对关键设备和参数进行了分析讨论,与常压蒸发技术做了对比分析。结果表明,该减压蒸发工艺方案相比传统蒸发存在优势,可实现一定的节能效果和成本优化,具备理论参考价值。
With the rapid development of research in the field of nuclear industry,the demand for treatment of radioactive liquid waste is increasing.Evaporation concentration is one of the most important technologies for treating high-level waste liquid.On the basis of traditional atmospheric evaporation technology,combined with advanced domestic and foreign vacuum evaporation technology,this study puts forward a vacuum evaporation process system suitable for high discharge waste liquid,and analyzes and discusses the key equipment and parameters,and makes a comparative analysis with atmospheric evaporation technology.The results show that the vacuum evaporation process has advantages over the traditional evaporation process,which can realize certain energy saving effect and cost optimization,and has theoretical reference value.
