摘要 基于金清水系流域水环境整治现状,以水质目标与总量控制目标为导向,从水质、河道生态流量、水体自净能力和生物多样性方面分析存在的主要问题,并提出水处理截污、水生态保护与修复、水环境综合治理、生态补水等对策措施,确保金清水系满足国家、省、市相关水质与总量控制要求,进一步保障人民群众身体健康,加快推进“五水共治”工作。 Based on the present situation of water environment improvement in Jinqing River Basin,and guided by water quality goals and total control goals,the main problems existing in water quality,river ecological flow,water self-purification capacity and biodiversity are analyzed,and the proposed water treatment interception,water ecological protection and restoration,comprehensive management of water environment and ecological water replenishment to ensure that the Jinqing River meets the relevant national,provincial and municipal water quality and total control requirements,further protect the health of the people,and accelerate the work of “five water treatment”.
