摘要 某炼油厂厂东区域成品、半成品储罐及成品装车、装船系统的尾气经自身尾气处理装置处理后仍不能满足最新的废气排放标准。在该形势下,该炼油厂将厂东区域的尾气集中收集,送入该区域新建的RTO装置进行处理。经标定分析,处理后的尾气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯最高含量分别为0.0467 mg/m^(3)、0.0311 mg/m^(3)、0.0579 mg/m^(3),非甲烷总烃去除率最低97.3%,最高达到99.5%,均满足排放标准要求。通过开展更换提升阀密封圈、更改提升阀切换时间、更换蓄热室蓄热陶瓷等技术改造,成功解决长周期运行过程中非甲烷总烃去除率下降的问题,确保尾气排放依法合规,并极大改善了该区域的环境状况。 The exhaust gas of finished and semi-finished products storage tanks and the system of finished product loading and shipping in the east area of an oil refinery still can not meet the latest exhaust emission standard after being treated by its own exhaust gas treatment device.Under this situation,the refinery collects the exhaust gas in the east area of the refinery and sends it to the newly-built RTO unit in this area for treatment.Through calibration analysis,the maximum contents of benzene,toluene and xylene in the treated exhaust gas are 0.0467 mg/m~3,0.0311 mg/m~3 and 0.0579 mg/m~3 respectively.The removal rate of non methane total hydrocarbon is 97.3%at the lowest and 99.5%at the highest,which all meet the requirements of emission standards.Through the technical transformation of replacing the seal ring of the poppet valves,changing the switching time of the poppet valves and replacing the heat storage ceramics of the regenerator,the problem of the decline of the removal rate of non methane total hydrocarbons during long-term operation was successfully solved,the exhaust emission was ensured to comply with the law,and the environmental condition of the area was greatly improved.
