摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法测定查尔酮衍生物(DDP)的实验方法。以丙酮为溶剂溶解试样,用癸二酸二正辛酯配成9 g/L的内标溶液,使用涂有AT.OV-101固定液的毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰FID检测器,对试样中的查尔酮衍生物(DDP)进行毛细管气相色谱分离、定性分析及定量分析,通过对样品进行5次精密度试验和加标回收率试验的考察,确定本方法在查尔酮衍生物(DDP)的分析检测方面具有一定的适用性。
An experimental method for the determination of chalcone derivatives(DDP) by capillary gas chromatography was developed.The sample was dissolved in acetone,and the internal standard solution of 9 g/L was prepared with di-n-octyl sebacate.The chalcone derivative(DDP) in the sample was separated,qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively analyzed by capillary gas chromatography using a capillary column coated with at.ov-101 stationary liquid and a hydrogen flame FID detector.The sample was investigated by 5 precision tests and spiked recovery tests,It is confirmed that this method has certain applicability in the analysis and detection of chalcone derivatives(DDP).
