摘要
目的意义:近目前芝麻油掺伪现象严重,如何快速准确的鉴别掺伪就显得十分紧迫。方法:通过向4份纯芝麻油种按不同比例掺入大豆油制作掺伪模型,利用阿贝折射仪测定其折光率。结果:建立方程y=0.0008x+1.4736,R2为0.9916。结论:当掺入的大豆油体积分数高于10%时,即可检测芝麻油是否掺假。
Purpose and Significance:At present,sesame oil adulteration phenomenon is serious,how to quickly and accurately identify adulteration is very urgent.by methods:Four pure sesame oil samples were mixed with soybean oil in different proportions to make adulteration model.The refractive index was measured by Abbe refractometer,Results:the equation y = 0.0008x +1.4736,R2=0.9916 was established.Conclusion:When the volume fraction of soybean oil was higher than 10 %,the adulteration of sesame oil could be detected.
