摘要
本文以磷酸一铵的合成、磷酸铵盐干粉灭火剂配制及性能测试工艺过程为基础,以Unity3d作为3D引擎,采用C#语言并通过VisualStudio工具进行了磷酸铵盐干粉灭火剂的制备及性能测试程序开发和系统功能设计。实现了理论基础学习、角色定位、学生实践、教师反馈、报告撰写、实验考核等实验场景和模块,综合采用观察法、归纳法、类比法等实验方法,使学生全面掌握磷酸铵盐灭火剂从原料到产品及性能测试的整个实验过程,具有学科交叉性、系统完整性及一定的先进性。
Based on the process of synthesis of monoammonium phosphate,preparation of ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguishing agent and performance test,Unity3d is used as 3D engine,the preparation of ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguishing agent,the development of performance test program and the design of system function are carried out by using C # language and Visual Studio tools.It has realized the experimental scenes and modules of basic theory study,role orientation,student practice,teacher feedback,report writing,experimental examination,and so on,to enable students to master the whole experimental process of fire extinguishing agent from raw materials to products and performance testing,with interdisciplinary,system integrity and advanced.
