高等农业院校核磁共振仪多人协同管理模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Multi-person Cooperative Management Mode for NMR Spectrometer in A gricultural Universities

核磁共振仪属于大型精密仪器,通常由专职人员负责仪器的管理和运行。我院在缺少大型仪器专职管理人员情况下,认真分析核磁共振仪运行过程中涉及的工作内容,充分发挥人才专业优势,提出了多人协同管理模式,由具有大型仪器管理经验的实验员与具有核磁操作背景的老师组成管理小组共同进行仪器的管理和维护。两年来,仪器运行状态良好,完成了校内多个学院的核磁测试工作,为学校科学研究的顺利开展提供了重要支撑。多人协同管理模式为农业院校院属核磁共振仪的管理提供了经验。

Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR) is a kind of large-scale and precision instrument,which is usually managed by a professional.In the absence of full-time manager,the running process of NMR spectrometer was carefully analyzed and a multi-person collaborative management mode was proposed to give full play to the advantages of professionals.A management team consisting of an administrator with large-scale instrument management background and teachers with NMR background was set up and worked together to manage and maintain the NMR spectrometer.In the past two years,the efficiency of the NMR spectrometer was greatly improved.And the NMR spectrometer was running in good condition and has achieved a lot of sample testing work for several colleges in our university,which provides important support for the development of scientific research.The multi-person cooperative management mode provides experience for the management of the decentralized NMR spectrometer in agricultural universities.
