黄酮类化合物对溃疡性结肠炎的药理作用研究进展

Research Progress of Pharmacological Effects of Flavonoids on Ulcerative Colitis

探讨黄酮类化合物(Flavonoids)对溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)的作用。溃疡性结肠炎目前已成为我国常见的消化系疾病,具有反复发作性、无确切病因、根治困难等特点,给人们的生活和健康造成极大的影响。黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界的植物中,属于植物次生代谢产物,具有多种生物活性。本研究通过查阅文献并总结得出黄酮类化合物可以通过抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、调节肠道菌群,改善肠粘膜屏障功能,对溃疡性结肠炎起到治疗作用。为系统研究黄酮化合物治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供依据。

To explore the effects of flavonoids on ulcerative colitis.UC has now become a common digestive disease in China,with recurrent attacks,no exact cause,and difficulty in radical cure,which greatly affects people’s life and health.Flavonoids widely exist in plants in nature and belong to plant secondary metabolites,which have diverse biological activities.In this study,by reviewing the literature and summarizing,we concluded that flavonoids can play a therapeutic role in ulcerative colitis by anti inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti apoptosis,regulating intestinal flora,and improving intestinal mucosal barrier function.Aimed to provide a basis for a systematic study of flavonoid compounds for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
