摘要
目的:通过双倒数法探究黔产蒲公英对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制类型,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法:用通过使用75%的乙醇,将黔产蒲公英以超声提取得到总提取物;然后再依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇等萃取后,进行体外活性实验;结合体外活性实验数据绘制双倒数分析黔产蒲公英对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制类型。结论:蒲公英石油醚部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果随抑制剂浓度的增大而增加,但最大反应速率保持不变,可推测石油醚部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制类型为竞争性抑制。
Objective:To explore the effect of dandelion produced in Guizhou on α-The inhibition type of glucosidase provides a theoretical basis for its further development and utilization Methods:By using 75 % ethanol,the total extract of dandelion from Guizhou was obtained by ultrasonic extraction;Then it was extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol,and the in vitro activity test was carried out;Analysis of the effect of dandelion produced in Guizhou on α-Type of inhibition of glucosidase.Conclusion:The petroleum ether fraction of Taraxacum mongolicum L α-The inhibitory effect of glucosidase increased with the increase of inhibitor concentration,but the maximum reaction rate remained unchanged.It can be speculated that the petroleum ether site has α-The inhibition type of glucosidase was competitive inhibition.
