摘要
白藜芦醇是一种天然的多酚化合物,存在于多种植物中。其药理活性作用广泛,具有抗癌、抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎、调节免疫、保护心血管及肝脏等作用。但其水溶性差,化学稳定性低、光敏性高及生物半衰期短等缺点,极大程度地限制了其临床应用。本文回顾了近年来有关白藜芦醇的递药系统的相关研究,以期为白藜芦醇载药系统的开发利用提供参考。
As a natural polyphenolic compound,resveratrol is found in variety kinds of plants,which has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-cancer,antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,cardiovascular and liver protection.However,poor water solubility,low chemical stability,high photosensitivity and short biological half-life have seriously hindered the clinical application.Here the related research on resveratrol drug-loading delivery system in recent years were reviewed,to provide reference for the construction and application of resveratrol-loading delivery system.
